ERP Sales with Technical Background (Odoo / Smacc)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Sales with a strong technical background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ERP systems, particularly Odoo or Smacc, and the ability to bridge the gap between technical features and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of Odoo solutions to SMEs and enterprises.
• Understand client requirements and provide tailored ERP demonstrations.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and propose solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, presentations, proposals, and closing.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Stay updated on ERP trends and Odoo new features.

Requirements

• Previous experience with Odoo or Smacc is mandatory.
• Strong background in ERP systems, business processes, and software implementation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Technical understanding of ERP modules (Accounting, Sales, HR, Inventory, etc.).
• Ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field preferred.
• Arabic & English proficiency is a plus.
