Who You’ll Work With

At Slalom, our Delivery capability is the engine that powers transformation. We are the connective tissue across all capabilities—bringing strategy to life through execution that is rigorous, adaptive, and outcome-driven.

You’ll join a community of delivery professionals who thrive in complexity and are passionate about making things happen. Our teams lead high-impact initiatives across industries, partnering with clients to navigate ambiguity, align stakeholders, and deliver results that matter. Whether it’s a multi-workstream transformation or a product launch, we bring clarity, structure, and momentum to every engagement.

We work shoulder-to-shoulder with clients, tailoring delivery approaches to meet them where they are—whether Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid. Our focus is on enabling predictable, repeatable outcomes that help organizations dream bigger, move faster, and build better tomorrows.

Slalom is seeking a senior consultant with finance/accounting, financial systems, and project management experience to join the Delivery Team.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with clients undergoing business and technology transformation across finance and accounting, supply chain, procurement, planning, logistics, operations, and human resources.
  • Assess current systems, processes, and organizational capabilities; identify critical business issues; and design rhythms of the business to measure and manage performance.
  • Build Excel-based or data-driven models to support decision-making, budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis.
  • Lead requirements-gathering workshops, process mapping sessions, and future‑state visioning to define outcomes and success criteria.
  • Develop dashboards, scorecards, and measurement systems to track performance, adoption, utilization, and proficiency of new processes or technologies.
  • Manage or support ERP and financial system implementations, including vendor selection, implementation planning, data quality evaluation, resourcing, and partner coordination.
  • Create and manage system implementation plans, including issue and risk management, steering committee updates, and user acceptance testing.
  • Improve budgeting, planning, and operational processes through new tools, automation, and process redesign.
  • Develop new business models and analytics solutions using Microsoft Power BI or oversee the implementation of systems that impact financial and operational data.
  • Support change management activities, including stakeholder assessments, change impact analysis, communication planning, and organizational design.
  • Identify people‑side risks, resistance points, and performance gaps; develop targeted mitigation and corrective action plans.
  • Design and conduct readiness assessments and present findings in a clear, logical, and compelling manner.
  • Mentor clients and junior team members; lead or contribute to project teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Work across multiple industries, quickly building credibility and adapting to varied client environments.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience leading implementation projects, specifically ERP or financial systems - preferably in consulting or enterprise environments.
  • Proven ability to deliver technology solutions across diverse industries and client environments.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and other analytics or modeling tools.
  • Experience with ERP systems (cloud or on‑premise), ideally with certification in a leading cloud ERP platform.
  • Experience using AI-enabled tools to streamline delivery workflows and enhance team productivity.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; CPA/MBA preferred.
