Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Software Support Executive to provide technical support and guidance to clients using our ERP software across various domains, including fast food, bakery, fashion retail, and supermarket operations. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving abilities, an understanding of software workflows, and the capability to communicate solutions clearly to clients.

Key Responsibilities:Client Support & Issue Resolution:

  • Provide first-level support to clients through calls, WhatsApp, remote sessions, or in-person visits.
  • Troubleshoot software-related issues and guide clients toward quick and effective solutions.
  • Log, track, and follow up on support tickets until resolution.
  • Maintain high-quality and timely responses to ensure client satisfaction.

Software Installation & Configuration:

  • Assist in installing, updating, and configuring ERP software at client locations.
  • Ensure seamless setup by understanding client-specific processes (POS, inventory, accounts, CRM, etc.).
  • Coordinate with the technical team for escalations or advanced configuration.

Training & Client Onboarding:

  • Train new clients on software features, modules, and best practices.
  • Assist clients in understanding POS operations, inventory handling, reporting, and billing.
  • Support them during the onboarding phase to ensure smooth adoption of the system.

Domain-Specific Support:

  • Provide support tailored to retail categories such as fast food, bakery, fashion retail, and supermarkets.
  • Understand domain workflows (recipes, inventory, barcode management, pricing, discounts, cashier operations, etc.) to offer relevant guidance.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain logs of all client interactions, issues, and resolutions in the support system.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports for management review.
  • Document recurring issues and suggest improvements to the development or QA teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience in software support, POS systems, or ERP support is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of software operations, databases, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
