Job Summary:


The purpose of this role is to design, develop, customize, and maintain robust Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) solutions that support business operations, integrations, reporting, and automation. The role is responsible for delivering high-quality technical solutions using X++, C#, Power Platform, Electronic Reporting (ER), and Azure DevOps while ensuring system performance, security, scalability, and compliance with Microsoft best practices.

The position plays a critical role in system architecture, integrations, DevOps governance, CI/CD automation, and lifecycle management across environments, while supporting testing, deployments, and post-go-live operations. Additionally, the role contributes to continuous improvement by optimizing business processes through low-code tools, workflow automation, and seamless third-party integrations, ensuring reliability, maintainability, and long-term platform stability.


Responsibilities are not limited to:


  • Develop, customize, and maintain solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) using X++, C#, and related technologies.
  • Design and implement integrations using APIs, Data Entities, OData services, and integration frameworks.
  • Participate in requirements analysis, technical design, architecture discussions, and solution documentation.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in custom code, extensions, workflows, and configurations.
  • Support system testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Ensure code quality, performance optimization, security compliance, and Microsoft best practices.
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries, SSRS reports, and Power BI integrations.
  • Design, configure, and maintain Electronic Reporting (ER) configurations
  • Modify ER formats for regulatory, financial, and statutory reporting
  • Manage third-party system integrations (Banks, CRM, Payroll, Tax, ZATCA, etc.)
  • Monitor integration failures, retries, and logs
  • Build Power Apps integrated with D365FO
  • Automate workflows using Power Automate
  • Integrate Dataverse with Finance & Operations
  • Extend business processes using low-code solutions
  • Implement and manage Azure DevOps for D365FO, including Repos, Boards, Pipelines, and Artifacts.
  • Design and enforce branching strategy (Dev / Build / Main / Release) and version control governance.
  • Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments.
  • Set up and manage Build VM and Release pipelines following Microsoft best practices.
  • Integrate LCS with Azure DevOps for lifecycle tracking and deployment governance.
  • Enforce code review processes, pull request approvals, and quality gates.
  • Manage release planning, hotfixes, rollback strategies, and patch deployments across environments (DEV / TEST / UAT / PROD).
  • Maintain DevOps documentation, release procedures, and operational runbooks.
  • Support environment refresh, database movement, and deployment troubleshooting.
  • Implement automation scripts (PowerShell preferred) to streamline development and deployment processes.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, MIS, IT, Data Science, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in D365FO development and customization.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines and source control.
  • Experience working with Lifecycle Services (LCS)/Power Platform and environment management.
  • Experience in real estate industry analytics is strongly preferred.
