ERPNext Expert (Server Setup, API Integration & Customization)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ERPNext Specialist who can handle complete ERPNext deployment, customization, and API-based system integrations. The ideal candidate must have strong technical experience with the Frappe Framework and must be able to integrate ERPNext with third-party platforms (including courier/logistics systems) for accounting and operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and Manage ERPNext (Production Mode) on VPS/Cloud Server
• Set up ERPNext modules including Accounting, HR, CRM, Projects, and Custom Apps
• Build custom fields, doctypes, workflows, and print formats
• Integrate ERPNext with external systems using REST APIs
• Develop API middleware or Frappe Apps for automation
• Sync shipment, billing, COD, and financial data with ERPNext
• Configure user roles, permissions, and access control
• Optimize ERPNext performance (Redis, Worker, Nginx, Scheduler)
• Provide documentation and technical handover after completion

Required Skills

• Strong experience with ERPNext and Frappe Framework
• Deep understanding of Python, MariaDB, Redis, Node.js, Nginx, and Linux server administration
• Proven experience in API development and integrations
• Ability to customize ERPNext modules and build custom apps
• Familiarity with Accounting module workflows
• Experience with GitHub-based deployments and bench CLI

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience integrating ERPNext with courier/logistics platforms
• Ability to design clean API structures and JSON workflows
• Knowledge of multi-company, multi-currency accounting
• Experience with scripting automations and scheduled jobs
