Functional Consultant

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Odoo Functional Consultant (Mid-Level) to join our growing ERP team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, configuring Odoo modules, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring successful implementation and user adoption across client projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes and map them to relevant Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, CRM, Manufacturing, etc.).
• Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, and functional documentation (BRD/FSD).
• Configure Odoo modules as per business needs and support customization discussions with developers.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and timely delivery.
• Conduct UAT sessions, user training, and post-go-live support.
• Provide functional support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing Odoo implementations.
• Prepare user manuals, workflows, and training documentation.
• Assist in data migration validation and system testing.
• Support presales activities including demos, requirement discussions, and solution proposals when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, ERP, IT, or related field.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant.
• Strong understanding of Odoo Community & Enterprise editions.
• Practical knowledge of Accounting, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, CRM, and HR modules.
• Experience in functional documentation and client communication.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional solutions.
• Familiarity with basic SQL / Odoo workflows is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Odoo certification (Functional).
• Experience in manufacturing or service-based ERP implementations.
• Exposure to multi-company, multi-currency setups.
• Understanding of Odoo Studio and third-party integrations.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
