ERP/SAP Specialist

In order to reinforce our growth plans in North America, Marposs Corporation has an opening for an ERP/SAP Specialist.

Reporting to the IT Manager, this individual will be responsible for the upcoming project to replace our existing ERP with SAP. Following the implementation, this person will provide first-level localized SAP support to end-users and will be guided and coordinated by, as well as collaborate closely with, the central IT systems team.

Responsibilities:

• Gain a thorough understanding of the current ERP system and processes.
• Actively participate in the transition project from the current ERP to SAP.
• Serve as the first point of contact for local SAP user support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic SAP issues or coordinate with the central IT team as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during and after the ERP transition.

• Basic experience with ERP systems (knowledge of SAP is a plus, but not mandatory).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a user-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with central IT teams.
• Good communication skills.
