<Job Summary>
Join our dynamic team as an Escrow Officer, where you'll play a vital role in facilitating smooth real estate transactions by managing escrow accounts with precision and professionalism. Your expertise will ensure that all parties involved—buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents—experience seamless and compliant closings. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your skills in mortgage and financial services within a fast-paced, client-focused environment. <Duties>

  • Coordinate with Lenders, Buyers, Sellers and Agents to schedule closings.
  • Prepare and review escrow agreements, contracts, and settlement statements with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Communicate with Lenders, Agents, Buyers and Sellers to confirm accurate figures on settlement statements.
  • Prepare closing documents, packages, and print disbursements
  • Manage escrow accounts by accurately disbursing funds for down payments, taxes, insurance premiums, and other closing costs while maintaining precise records.
  • Facilitate communication among all parties involved in the transaction to resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations, mortgage servicing standards, and all applicable legal requirements throughout the escrow process

<Skills>

  • Strong knowledge of balancing settlement statements with lenders.
  • Proficiency in handling contracts, escrow documentation, and banking transactions.
  • Excellent math skills—including basic math calculations, 10-key typing accuracy, and financial analysis—to verify figures accurately.
  • Ability to interpret complex legal documents related to real estate transactions.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail to manage multiple transactions efficiently.
