We are seeking an Esri ArcGIS Platform Developer to join our talented team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing GIS applications using the Esri ArcGIS platform to provide spatial analysis and mapping solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain GIS applications and services on the Esri ArcGIS platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective GIS solutions.
• Conduct spatial analysis and visualization to support decision-making processes.
• Integrate GIS data with other enterprise systems and databases as needed.
• Implement best practices in GIS development, including performance tuning and optimization.
• Provide technical support and training for end-users on GIS applications.
• Document GIS processes, solutions, and technical specifications for future reference.
• Stay informed about advancements in GIS technology and Esri ArcGIS platform updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Geography, Computer Science, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience developing applications on the Esri ArcGIS platform.
• Strong proficiency in GIS concepts, spatial data analysis, and map design.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or .NET for application development.
• Knowledge of web services and API integration, particularly with ArcGIS REST and SOAP APIs.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Skills:

• In-depth understanding of the ArcGIS suite, including ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro, and ArcGIS Enterprise.
• Proven ability to create user-friendly and effective GIS applications.
• Familiarity with geospatial data formats and standards (e.g., Shapefiles, GeoJSON, KML).
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies is a plus.
