Estate Planning Attorney

Job Overview

Our firm is seeking a personable and confident licensed Estate Planning Attorney (preferably licensed in both MN and WI) who is organized, professional, energetic, self-starting, and has great attention to detail. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience, is a strong communicator, compassionate, and has strong research and writing skills. This position will involve conducting client meetings, drafting, reviewing, and finalizing estate plan documents, and designing customized estate plans to reflect the priorities of the client as well as estate administration.

Qualifications:

• Experience drafting, reviewing, and finalizing estate planning documents
• Comfortable conducting client meetings to evaluate priorities and needs; and ability to maintain clear and consistent communication with clients
• Desire to work collaboratively with other attorneys and legal assistants to ensure customized estate plans and excellent client experience
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Commitment to guiding clients through complex situations with compassion and clarity

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
