Overview
We are seeking an experienced, dedicated and knowledgeable Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in estate planning and probate law. This position requires excellent oral and written skills, a commitment to client advocacy, and the ability to handle complex legal issues with professionalism and integrity. Duties
The Attorney will be responsible for a wide range of legal tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Providing legal advice and representation in areas of estate planning and probate law.
  • Drafting legal documents with precision and clarity.
  • Staying current with developments in relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborating with other attorneys and legal staff within the office to ensure comprehensive client service.
  • Maintaining organized case files and documentation for all matters handled.

Experience
The successful candidate will have:

  • A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Proven experience in one or more of the following areas: estate planning, probate law.
  • Excellent writing skills for effective legal drafting and communication.
  • We are looking for an Attorney who is passionate about the practice of law and dedicated to providing high-quality service to our clients while upholding the highest ethical standards in the profession.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
