Estate Planning Attorney

Do you enjoy helping families plan for the future and find peace of mind? Our firm is looking for an Estate Planning Attorney with 5–7 years of experience who is passionate about building relationships and guiding clients through important life decisions.

What You’ll Do:

• Work directly with individuals and families to create thoughtful estate plans
• Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other planning documents
• Offer clear, compassionate guidance on Medicaid and planning strategies
• Be a trusted advisor in helping clients achieve their long-term goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Florida Licensed attorney in good standing with 5–7 years of estate planning experience
• Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communicator who can explain complex concepts in a way that clients understand
• A team player who values collaboration and client care
• Someone who enjoys building long-term client relationships
