Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of esthetic treatments including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair threading, and esthetic laser treatments.
• Deliver advanced skincare services such as microdermabrasion and esthetic laser procedures with precision and care.
• Assist guests with product demos, consultations, and personalized skincare recommendations to promote retail sales and enhance their experience.
• Manage appointment scheduling using salon software like Millennium or MINDBODY efficiently to maximize client flow.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to strict sanitation protocols and ensuring all equipment is properly sterilized.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, managing front desk responsibilities, and fostering positive relationships.
• Utilize social media management skills to promote services, share client success stories, and engage with the community online.
• Upsell products and services through effective communication skills while respecting guest preferences.
• Support team members with retail sales efforts and contribute to a collaborative, energetic salon environment.

Experience

• Proven experience as an Esthetician or in a similar skincare or beauty role within a med spa or salon setting.
• Certification in Cosmetology or Esthetician licensing as required by state law.
• Hands-on experience with advanced treatments such as Botox injections, dermal fillers, esthetic laser treatments, tattooing (if applicable), and hair extensions is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with salon management software like Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and client management.
• Knowledge of color theory, makeup application techniques, nail care procedures, and hair styling is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to educate clients effectively and provide outstanding guest services.
• Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation and safety throughout all treatments.
