CentreSpringMD Spa is currently seeking an esthetician who finds joy in helping others reach optimum health through different modalities. The ideal candidate will be trained in HydraFacial, LED, Microneedling, Chemical peels, and Dermaplaning.

Job *Description:*

Welcome clients to the spa and engage them in conversation to determine the services needed

Interview clients to determine any conditions that they may have which may keep them from receiving proper benefit from facial treatments

Provide clients with knowledge of different types of available facials and cosmetic treatments; suggest appropriate therapies for individual clients

Take notes regarding each client’s medical history and ensure that appropriate precautions are taken so that the condition is not aggravated

Explain facial procedures and provide information about products used during the facial

Perform facial activities according to each client’s instructions, including applied pressure and preferred/recommended products based on client’s skin needs)

Talk to clients (as needed) during facial treatments to ensure their wellbeing during the procedure

Maintain clients records including demographic information, medical histories and appointments

Uphold the standards of hygiene and sterilization as directed by law and the spa’s policies and procedures

Maintain a team-oriented, positive attitude and add toward a quality work environment

Help in all areas of spa operation as requested by organization

Qualifications — Required

Licensed in Esthetics
Outstanding communication and listening skills
Basic computer knowledge
Team player
Have an enthusiasm and possess superb customer service skills
Take pleasure in working with people and have an service-oriented personality

Preferred Qualifications
Experience – esthetician working in a boutique spa-like environment

Job Field: Spa Office
Location: Brookhaven, GA
Schedule: 2-4 days a week, depending on candidate and office space.
