Duties

• Perform a wide range of esthetic treatments including body waxing, dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, and skin rejuvenation procedures like esthetic laser treatments.
• Deliver expert makeup application and nail care services to enhance clients’ appearance for special occasions or everyday wear.
• Conduct hair threading and other facial hair removal techniques with precision and care.
• Utilize salon management software such as MINDBODY to schedule appointments, update client records, and process transactions efficiently.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by sterilizing equipment, cleaning treatment areas, and adhering to health regulations to ensure client safety.
• Provide exceptional customer service by listening to client needs, offering skincare advice, and recommending suitable treatments or retail products.
• Promote retail sales of skincare products and beauty tools to support clients’ ongoing skincare routines.

Experience

• Proven experience as an Esthetician or in a similar skincare or beauty role with knowledge of cosmetology practices.
• Skilled in performing esthetic laser treatments, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, dermabrasion, and botulinum toxin procedures.
• Familiarity with salon software such as MINDBODY for appointment scheduling and client management.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards essential for maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Additional certifications in barbering or nail care are advantageous but not required; enthusiasm for continuous learning is highly valued. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.50 - $28.50 per hour
