Duties

• Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application to meet individual client needs.
• Provide personalized skincare consultations to educate clients on products and routines that support their skin health goals.
• Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations to ensure client safety.
• Utilize salon management software to schedule appointments, process transactions, and manage client records efficiently.
• Promote retail sales of skincare products and beauty tools to enhance client results and boost revenue.
• Stay current with industry trends, new treatments, and product innovations to continually elevate service quality.

Skills

• Proven experience in retail sales of skincare or beauty products with a focus on customer satisfaction. Minimum 3 years experience.
• Familiarity with salon software systems for appointment booking and client management.
• Skilled in facials, waxing, threading techniques for precise eyebrow shaping.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation protocols to maintain a sterile environment at all times.
• Certification in Cosmetology or Esthetics from an accredited program is required; additional certifications like Barbering or Nail Care are a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships.
• Ability to perform makeup applications for various occasions confidently.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
