Esthetician

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Licensed Esthetician to join our medical spa team. The ideal candidate is experienced in advanced skincare treatments and passionate about delivering exceptional client results in a professional, clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional skincare treatments, including:
• Customized facials
• Microdermabrasion
• Dermaplaning
• Acne treatments and corrective facials
• Conduct thorough skin assessments and recommend appropriate treatment plans
• Educate clients on skincare routines and post-treatment care
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and sanitation per state board regulations
• Upsell skincare products and services in a consultative manner
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention

Qualifications

• Valid Esthetician License in the state of California
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in a medical spa or clinical setting preferred
• Hands-on experience with:
• Customized facials
• Microdermabrasion
• Dermaplaning
• Acne-focused treatments
• Strong knowledge of skin types, conditions, and treatment protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales experience or comfort recommending products is a plus

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
