Job Summary:

As an Esthetician at Indiana Medical Center, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality aesthetic services with a focus on professionalism, safety, and an outstanding guest experience. The ideal candidate will be friendly, punctual, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with a strong background in customer service and a passion for the beauty and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a range of skincare and aesthetic treatments, including facials, waxing, microneedling, laser hair removal, and other advanced services.
• Educate clients on post-treatment care and product recommendations.
• Assist in scheduling appointments using salon/clinic management software (experience with salon platforms preferred).
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitization protocols throughout the clinic, including treatment rooms and shared spaces.
• Greet clients warmly and maintain a friendly, hospitable, and professional demeanor at all times.
• Handle compliments and feedback with grace, turning positive client experiences into loyal relationships.
• Support front desk operations when needed, including phone calls, appointment confirmations, and client check-ins/check-outs.
• Promote treatment packages, skincare products, and add-on services (sales experience is a plus!).
• Work in alignment with the clinic’s focus on body sculpting, while also supporting facial and skincare services.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Esthetician in the State of Indiana (required).
• 1+ year of experience in a clinical or spa setting preferred.
• Experience with microneedling and laser hair removal highly preferred.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a team-oriented attitude.
• Must be punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule, including evenings or weekends, if needed.
• Experience using salon scheduling platforms (e.g., Vagaro, Square, Mindbody) is a plus.
• Enthusiastic, outgoing, and confident in client interactions and upselling services.
