Magnolia Day Spa is seeking a reliable, motivated, and professional Esthetician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about skincare, eager to continue learning, and committed to providing exceptional client experiences. We are a supportive, team-oriented spa that values responsibility, consistency, and positive energy. We would really like someone interested in Lash extensions or open to training in lash extensions.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality esthetic services in a calm, professional manner
• Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment space
• Follow spa protocols, service standards, and safety guidelines
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Be punctual, dependable, and prepared for scheduled shifts
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn new techniques, services, and products
• Contribute positively as a responsible and respectful team player

Qualifications

• Valid Esthetician license (state-required)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
