We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our dynamic team at Honey Bunny Wax Cleveland. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn and work with waxing, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service in a salon environment. As an Esthetician, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the appearance and well-being of our clients through various beauty services.

Responsibilities

• Perform with waxing and vajacial.
• Utilize salon software to manage appointments, client records, and treatment plans efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with clients.
• Engage in retail sales by promoting our products and services to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage daily operations within the treatment area, ensuring cleanliness and organization of tools and supplies.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients while providing top-notch service.

Skills

• Proficient in using salon software for scheduling and client management Phorest).
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
• Experience or want to work with waxing.
• Waxing men is a plus
• Ability to manage time efficiently while providing high-quality services.
• Not a MUST. But we are looking for someone that would be interested in waxing Brazilian Male.

Pay: $24.46 - $29.46 per hour
