Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, and eyelash extensions with precision and professionalism.
• Conduct body waxing, hair threading, and other hair removal services while maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety.
• Utilize salon software such as Vagaro to schedule appointments, update client records, and manage retail sales efficiently.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to promote optimal results.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the workspace to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Valid esthetician license as required by state or local regulations.
• Knowledge of advanced esthetic treatments.
• Familiarity with salon management software such as Vagaro or similar platforms.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with diverse clients.
• Competence in performing body waxing, lashes and other beauty services.
