Duties

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, eyelash extensions, body waxing, and makeup application.
• Conduct esthetic laser treatments safely and effectively, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable skincare routines and products tailored to each client’s needs.
• Manage appointment scheduling and client records using salon software such as MINDBODY or similar platforms.
• Assist clients with retail sales of skincare products and beauty tools to enhance their at-home routines.
• Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards throughout all treatments to ensure client safety and comfort.
• Stay informed about industry advancements, new techniques, and product innovations to continually elevate service quality.

Skills

• Proven experience in retail sales within a beauty or skincare environment.
• Proficiency in esthetic laser treatment, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatment, eyelash extensions, and body waxing.
• Familiarity with salon management software such as MINDBODY for scheduling and client tracking.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships through personalized care.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices essential for maintaining a safe treatment environment.
• Certification in Cosmetology or Esthetics from an accredited program; additional certifications in barbering or nail care are a plus.
• Ability to perform hair threading, makeup application, and nail care services as needed.
