We are seeking a skilled and happy Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of skincare treatments and services, along with excellent customer service skills._ You will also be responsible for check in/ hostess when not treating clients in our medical practice._ Your expertise in various beauty treatments will contribute to enhancing the overall client experience.

Duties

• Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, makeup application, and hair extensions.
• Provide exceptional guest services by creating personalized treatment plans based on individual client needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and ready for use.
• Engage with clients to educate them about skincare products and services, promoting retail sales effectively.
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and service delivery.
• Utilize social media management skills to promote services and engage with clients online.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in beauty and skincare to provide informed recommendations to clients.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall service experience.

Requirements

• Valid esthetician license or certification as required by state regulations.
• Proven experience in guest services and customer service within the beauty industry.
• Knowledge of body waxing techniques, makeup application, hair extensions, tattooing, and cosmetology is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with an ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with retail sales practices in a beauty or wellness setting is a plus.
• A passion for skincare and helping clients achieve their beauty goals.

Pay: $22.54 - $24.00 per hour
