Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons on esthetic treatments, including facials, dermabrasion, laser treatments, eyelash extensions, and body waxing.
• Develop detailed lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and industry best practices.
• Demonstrate proper techniques for hair extensions, hair coloring, hair styling, threading, and makeup application.
• Provide hands-on training in nail care, aesthetic treatments, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other specialized services.
• Assess student progress through practical evaluations and written assessments, providing constructive feedback to foster growth.
• Maintain a safe and supportive classroom environment that encourages learning and professional development.
• Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements to ensure curriculum relevance and excellence.

Skills

• Extensive knowledge of esthetic procedures including facials, dermabrasion, laser treatments, eyelash extensions, and body waxing.
• Strong understanding of anatomy relevant to skincare and massage therapy.
• Proven experience in teaching or training adults in cosmetology or esthetician programs.
• Skilled in lesson planning, curriculum development, and classroom management.
• Proficiency in hair extensions, coloring techniques, hair styling, threading, makeup application, and nail care.
• Familiarity with advanced aesthetic treatments such as laser therapy and dermabrasion procedures.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly while motivating students to achieve their best potential.
