Duties

• Provide a variety of esthetic services including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, eyelash extensions, body waxing, makeup application, and hair styling to enhance client beauty and confidence
• Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, scheduling appointments using salon software like Rosy, processing payments, and maintaining client records
• Promote retail sales by demonstrating product demos and upselling skincare products and treatments to maximize client satisfaction and business growth
• Maintain sanitation standards by adhering to strict hygiene protocols for all treatments and equipment to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
• Handle social media management by updating profiles with promotions, new services, and engaging content to attract new clients and retain existing ones
• Assist with inventory management of skincare products and supplies to ensure smooth daily operations

Skills

• Must have clientele already built
• Proven experience in esthetics or cosmetology with knowledge of skin care treatments such as dermabrasion, body waxing, hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and body contouring
• Strong management skills with familiarity in salon software systems like Rosy for scheduling and client management
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and create a welcoming environment for diverse clients
• Knowledge of sanitation practices specific to spa settings to uphold health standards
• Ability to perform social media management to promote services and engage with the community online -Highly encourgaed
• Experience in retail sales techniques including upselling products and services confidently
• Skilled in hospitality-oriented guest services with a proactive approach to client needs
• Strong organizational skills to manage appointments efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards
