LICENSED ESTHETICIAN & SPA COORDINATOR

POSITION OVERVIEW

Luna Allure is seeking a dual-role Licensed Esthetician & Spa Coordinator who will split their time between providing advanced anti-aging facial treatments and handling front desk coordination duties. This is a hands-on client service role that offers a unique opportunity to utilize both your esthetic skills and customer service abilities in our premier spa locations.

COMPENSATION

  • Base Pay: $16/hour
  • Commission: Earnings from retail sales and treatment bookings ($10-$100 per client)
  • Daily Booking Commission: $20-$80+ bonuses

SCHEDULE

  • Must have a flexible schedule with weekend and evening availability
  • 5 days per week
  • One weekend off per month

FRONT DESK COORDINATOR DUTIES

  • High-Volume Call Management:
  • Handle 150+ phone calls daily with professional etiquette
  • Schedule appointments and qualify prospective clients efficiently
  • Provide detailed information about services and treatments
  • Follow up with clients for confirmations and rebookings
  • Client Experience Management:
  • Warmly welcome clients and provide a seamless spa experience
  • Educate guests on Luna Allure services and amenities
  • Serve as brand ambassador ensuring proper ambiance (lighting, music, scent)
  • Handle check-in/check-out processes efficiently
  • Collect payments and process transactions
  • Maintain clean and organized reception area
  • Client Communications:
  • Obtain client signatures on appropriate forms
  • Prepare and maintain current client information
  • Act as liaison between waiting clients and providers
  • Sales & Operations:
  • Meet booking targets and sales goals
  • Conduct daily checks on skincare inventory
  • Assist with departmental orders as needed
  • File/scan paperwork as needed
  • Maintain store cleanliness and upkeep

ESTHETICIAN DUTIES

  • Treatment Excellence:
  • Perform full spectrum of facial treatments according to Luna Allure protocols
  • Provide consistent professional anti-aging treatments
  • Be prompt with each appointment and perform services within allotted timeframes
  • Properly care for equipment and use appropriate product amounts
  • Perform prep work and properly clean/restock treatment rooms
  • Client Education & Sales:
  • Educate clients about products and treatments
  • Actively promote home skincare regimens and packages
  • Document all treatments and client conversations thoroughly
  • Meet minimum retail and service sales goals (monthly, quarterly, annually)
  • Professional Development:
  • Maintain complete knowledge of all services and products
  • Regularly attend training sessions and staff meetings
  • Participate in advanced training opportunities
  • Stay current with industry developments

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Required:
  • Current State Esthetician License
  • Passion for sales (MUST)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage high call volume (150+ calls daily)
  • Computer proficiency
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Team player mentality
  • Preferred:
  • 1+ year experience in Day Spa or Medical Spa setting
  • 1+ year Front Desk experience
  • Spanish language proficiency (plus)
  • Knowledge of anti-aging protocols
  • Experience with advanced facial treatments
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume customer service environment

TRAINING & COMMITMENT

You will receive a comprehensive three-month training program covering our advanced skincare modalities—such as non-invasive RF, cold plasma, nano needling, and the Italian La Spezia methodology—as well as in-depth sales training for our treatment packages and medical-grade dermal care products.

In return for this significant investment, we require an 18-month commitment (15 months following the initial training). Should you decide to leave before the full 18 months, you will be responsible for repaying a portion of the $5,000 training cost. This amount is evenly spread across the 18 months, and each month you work after training reduces your repayment obligation proportionally.

AGREEMENTS

  • Non-Compete & Confidentiality: Candidates must agree to a two-year non-compete in San Antonio and surrounding areas, as well as non-solicitation and confidentiality agreements.
  • HIPAA Compliance: Must maintain client confidentiality according to HIPAA standards.
