We are seeking an experienced Laser Technician who is confident, professional, and motivated to grow with us. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented aesthetic setting and enjoys building relationships with patients both in-office and online.

Services You Will Perform

Experience in the following is strongly preferred:

• Laser Hair Removal (LHR)
• Laser Tattoo Removal (LTR)
• Subnovii Plasma Pen treatments
• IPL / Photofacial treatments
• RF Microneedling
• Microneedling with PDRN
• Laser Vein Treatments
• Advanced facial treatments including Hydrafacial

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on laser experience
• Valid state licensure/certification (as required)
• Strong consultation and treatment planning skills
• Ability to educate patients and confidently recommend treatment plans
• Excellent bedside manner and professionalism
• A true self-starter who can work independently and take initiative
• Comfort with creating and appearing in social media content (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Willingness to promote services, share patient results (with consent), and help grow brand visibility

Key Responsibilities

• Perform laser and aesthetic treatments safely and effectively
• Conduct thorough consultations and set realistic expectations
• Maintain accurate charting and compliance standards
• Uphold treatment room cleanliness and device maintenance protocols
• Assist with before-and-after photos and content creation
• Support practice growth through social engagement and patient retention
