Esthetician/Wax Specialist

Position Overview:

The prime responsibility of a Wax Associate is creating an exceptional guest experience, provide effective waxing services and expert consultation with respect to additional services and products that both ensure the success of each service but also post-service aftercare in order to exceed our guests expectations. We will help you increase you speed, allow you to see more guests, and earn hourly wage, commissions, and tips.

**Prior experience in body waxing is required**

We are looking for Wax Associates who are:

• Estheticians or Cosmetologists with active licensure in the state in which you have applied to work in, who want to learn new techniques to further their career while providing outstanding services to their guests
• A willingness to perform full body waxing for all genders and all anatomies
• Positive, friendly, upbeat, and detail oriented
• Enjoy providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for the beauty industry and making others look and feel their best
• MUST be able to work flexible hours including morning, evening, and weekends
• The ability to positively receive and implement feedback
• Work independently with limited supervision, as well as with a team

Responsibilities:

• Believe in and represent the EWC Growth Vision and values
• Providing a safe, welcoming, and a memorable experience for our guests
• Providing effective, pleasant, and safe waxing services to all guests while standing for prolonged periods of time
• Educating guests on the benefits of waxing consistently and recommending service packages and products that meet our guest needs
• Exceeding individual and team goals on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of their wax suite and supply areas

Physical Demands:

• While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to stand, talk, and hear.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds at a time.
