Estimation & Billing Engineer

Key responsibilities

• Cost estimation and budgeting: Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, and equipment, and develop project budgets.
• Tendering and contracts: Prepare tender documents and contracts, and help with the procurement process.
• Financial management: Monitor and control project costs to ensure they don't exceed the budget, and manage financial records and payments.
• Risk assessment: Identify commercial risks and provide solutions to mitigate them.
• Liaison and communication: Act as the primary point of contact between clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Site visits: Visit construction sites to assess progress, verify completed work, and check on material requirements.
• Dispute resolution: Assist in resolving disputes between parties involved in the project.
• Reporting: Provide financial reports and valuations to clients and management.
• Compliance: Ensure the project adheres to all legal and quality standards.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
