Key responsibilities
- Cost estimation and budgeting: Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, and equipment, and develop project budgets.
- Tendering and contracts: Prepare tender documents and contracts, and help with the procurement process.
- Financial management: Monitor and control project costs to ensure they don't exceed the budget, and manage financial records and payments.
- Risk assessment: Identify commercial risks and provide solutions to mitigate them.
- Liaison and communication: Act as the primary point of contact between clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Site visits: Visit construction sites to assess progress, verify completed work, and check on material requirements.
- Dispute resolution: Assist in resolving disputes between parties involved in the project.
- Reporting: Provide financial reports and valuations to clients and management.
- Compliance: Ensure the project adheres to all legal and quality standards.

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
