Estimation Engineer

We are a leading interior fit-out company specializing in high-quality commercial, retail, and residential projects. With a strong portfolio and a reputation for excellence, we are looking for a skilled Estimation Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for fit-out projects.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and requirements to determine project scope.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
• Evaluate and compare prices, materials, and technical specifications.
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals within deadlines.
• Support project teams with budget control and cost monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and client requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in fit-out estimation.
• Strong knowledge of market rates, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Candidates with Spouse Visa preferred.
