Estimation Engineer

We are looking for a qualified Estimation Engineer experienced in tensile shades, steel structures, and car parking shades. The candidate should be capable of handling the full tendering and estimation process — from reading drawings to preparing technical and commercial proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for steel, fabric, and civil works.
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and pricing sheets.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for material and labor quotations.
• Prepare technical summaries and detailed commercial proposals.
• Define clear payment terms, exclusions, and clarifications.
• Conduct negotiations with suppliers and clients for best pricing and terms.
• Ensure all documents are complete and aligned with client tender/inquiry requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 2–4 years of UAE experience in estimation for tents, shades, or steel structure projects.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and cost estimation tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries and meet tight deadlines.
