Estimation Engineer

Job Overview:

Seeking for an Estimator Engineer, to Work with the sales team to create estimates and bids for Ductworks, Create detailed estimates for clients, Ability to read blueprints, drawings

and construction documents, Strong verbal and written communication skills, Deadline and detail oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior engineers to issue Bids and Quotations for HVAC-Ductwork system designs based on project requirements, codes, and industry standards.
• Include selecting equipment, ductwork design, and layout planning.
• Read and Create Drawings and Job Cards as detailed Professional Take Off
• Create Estimation Bid for the Ductwork, all type Galvanized, Black Stee, Spiral
• Calculate the cost of materials and accessories
• Maintain accurate documentation of project specifications, submittals
• Prepare reports on project progress, issues encountered, and resolutions implemented.
• Communicate with clients to understand their HVAC needs, address inquiries, and provide technical support as necessary.
• Maintain professional and responsive communication to build positive relationships.
• Keep abreast of advancements in HVAC technology, regulations, and industry trends.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others involved in HVAC projects.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including architects, contractors, electricians, and project managers to achieve project goals within budget and timeline constraints.
• Include selecting equipment, ductwork design, and layout planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of HVAC -Ductworks principles, equipment, and systems.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software for HVAC design and drafting. With 2-3 years of experience
• Experience in Ductwork Factories is an asset
