About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator – Fit-Out with a proven track record of delivering accurate cost estimates and competitive tenders for interior fit-out projects. The successful candidate will work closely with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure timely and profitable project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Review design drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and procurement teams to develop competitive and compliant bids.
• Source, analyze, and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations to secure cost-effective pricing.
• Prepare detailed BOQs, cost summaries, and commercial tender submissions.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities through value engineering while maintaining quality standards.
• Assess, document, and communicate tender risks, assumptions, and clarifications.
• Monitor UAE market rates, material pricing, and fit-out industry trends to ensure competitive estimates.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven estimation experience in interior fit-out projects within the UAE.
• Strong technical knowledge of joinery, gypsum works, MEP coordination, flooring, finishes, and custom furniture.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and relevant estimation software.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated experience in preparing bids for commercial, hospitality, retail, and/or office fit-out projects.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
