Fire Protection Estimation Engineer

Job Description & Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of proven experience as an Estimation Engineer
• Qatar experience is mandatory (minimum 7 years)
• MMUP / UPDA Certified Engineer (Grade A, B, or C)
• Strong knowledge of NFPA and QCD regulations and standards
• Proven experience in cost analysis, tender documentation, and technical compliance reviews
• Strong technical knowledge of Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting systems
• Ability to interpret tender documents, drawings, and technical specifications
• Proficiency in preparing detailed BOQs, cost breakdowns, and value engineering proposals
• Experience in coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and technical compliance
• Familiarity with Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS) and local authority requirements
• Skilled in using estimation software and Excel-based costing tools
• Ability to prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals within tight deadlines
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail in reviewing project scope and identifying risks
