Estimation Engineer

Job Vacancy: Estimation Engineer

Location: Office-based | Reporting to: Estimation Manager

Role:
Prepare accurate, competitive cost estimates and tender submissions for aluminum and façade projects. Ensure bids are technically compliant, commercially viable, and execution-ready.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review drawings, BOQs, and tender documents to define project scope.
• Perform quantity take-offs and cost build-ups for aluminum, glass, and façade systems.
• Identify key cost drivers, risks, and assumptions.
• Coordinate with Technical, Production, and Operations teams for constructability and compliance.
• Prepare tender documents, technical compliance statements, and value-engineering proposals.
• Maintain cost databases and support post-tender analysis.

Requirements:

• 3–6 years in estimation or cost engineering.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP/costing software is a plus.
• Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Civil, Architecture, or related field.
