Estimation Engineer

Job Title: Estimation Engineer (Pre-Contract)

Location: Sharjah, UAE
Experience Required: 5–7 Years

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Estimation Engineer with a strong technical background to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in pre-contract estimation and a proven ability to analyze project requirements, prepare accurate cost estimates, and support tendering processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects during the pre-contract stage
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates
• Review tender documents, BOQs, and technical specifications
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for accurate estimation inputs
• Identify cost risks and opportunities and propose value engineering solutions
• Prepare and submit tender proposals within deadlines
• Maintain a database of costs, suppliers, and subcontractors

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Civil
• 5–7 years of experience in estimation, in pre-contract roles
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of construction/project requirements
• Proficiency in estimation software and MS Office tools
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
