Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Steel Fabrication Estimator to join our dynamic team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates for projects, including structural steel, metal fabrication, and related works, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery of proposals to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze project requirements, blueprints, specifications, and drawings to prepare comprehensive estimates.
• Collaborate with the engineering, design, and project management teams to determine project scope and requirements.
• Accurately calculate material, labor, and equipment costs for fabrication, assembly, and installation.
• Solicit quotes from suppliers and subcontractors to determine the best pricing and delivery schedules.
• Prepare detailed proposals, cost breakdowns, and bid submissions within specified deadlines.
• Identify potential risks and recommend cost-effective solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of steel materials, fabrication techniques, and industry trends in the UAE.
• Support the sales team with technical input during client presentations and negotiations.
• Ensure all estimates comply with company policies, client requirements, and local regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 years of experience as a Steel Fabrication Estimator in the INDIA or Minimum 1 Years of experience UAE or Freshers.
• Strong knowledge of steel fabrication processes, materials, and structural standards.
• Proficient in using estimating software and tools, such as AutoCAD, or similar applications.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
