Estimation Engineer

Digital Phantom is a fast-growing provider of digital and engineering solutions. We’re looking for an experienced Estimation Engineer to join our remote team and help deliver accurate cost estimates for a variety of projects.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates from technical drawings and project specs
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers
• Analyze labor, materials, and timelines to develop accurate budgets
• Evaluate vendor quotes and negotiate pricing
• Identify risks and suggest cost-effective solutions
• Maintain up-to-date cost databases

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or related Engineering field
• 3–5 years of experience in estimation or cost engineering
• Proficient in estimation tools and techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to work in Canadian time zones
• Excellent communication skills
