Estimation Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimation Engineer specializing in Interior Fit Out projects to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and contributing to successful project bidding and execution within the construction industry.

Responsibilities: - Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimations for interior fit out projects. - Analyze architectural and engineering drawings to prepare accurate cost plans. - Collaborate with design teams and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimates. - Prepare tender documents, bills of quantities, and scope of work specifications. - Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations to ensure competitive pricing. - Maintain and update a comprehensive database of material costs and labor rates. - Participate in bid presentations and assist in contract negotiations. - Ensure estimates comply with project budgets, timelines, and quality standards. - Support project managers with cost control and value engineering activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimation specifically for interior fit out in construction. - Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards. - Proficiency in estimation software and MS Office applications. - Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills. - Effective communication and teamwork abilities. - High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. - Knowledge of UAE construction regulations and market conditions is preferred.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
