About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Estimation Engineer to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in the construction industry, with villa construction experience being a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and tender documents.
• Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and project specifications.
• Perform quantity take-offs and detailed cost analysis.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare competitive and timely tender submissions.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project execution teams.
• Assist with cost planning, budgeting, and value engineering throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure estimates comply with project specifications, client requirements, and industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as an Estimation Engineer in the construction industry.
• Villa construction experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of quantity surveying, BOQs, cost estimation, and tendering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and estimation software.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with UAE construction practices and current market rates is an advantage.
