Estimation Engineer

Estimation Engineer - Immediate joiners preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Estimator (Fit-Out) to join our team in the UAE. This role is open for freshers with relevant qualifications or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in Civil or fit-out estimation (UAE or India experience accepted).

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for fit-out and interior projects
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents
• Perform quantity take-offs and cost analysis
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations
• Assist in tender preparation and submission
• Evaluate project risks and cost factors
• Maintain records of project estimates and budgets
• Support project and site teams with cost-related information

Requirements

• Education: B.Tech / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
• Experience: Freshers are welcome, OR Up to 2 years of experience in estimation (UAE or India)
• Basic knowledge of fit-out/interior works is an advantage
• Familiarity with estimation software and MS Excel
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Immediate joiners preferred
