JOB DESCRIPTION:Project Execution: Manage and supervise daily site activities to ensure all work aligns with approved shop drawings, project specifications, and highest quality standards.<ul><li>Technical Coordination: Review and interpret architectural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), and structural drawings. Resolve technical discrepancies in the field.</li><li>Planning &amp; Scheduling: Develop and monitor detailed project schedules (using MS Project or Primavera P6), tracking progress to ensure timely project delivery.</li><li>Subcontractor Management: Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel, ensuring maximum productivity and efficient resource use.</li><li>Quality &amp; Safety (QA/QC &amp; HSE): Implement and monitor quality control measures, ensuring stringent compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.</li><li>Client &amp; Authority Relations: Assist in securing work permits, liaising with relevant regulatory authorities, and supporting project handover and snagging processes.</li><li>Documentation &amp; Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, material requests, and technical close-out documentation.</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.</li><li>Experience: Typically 2&ndash;5 years of specific UAE/regional experience in interior fit-out or civil contracting.</li><li>Technical Skills: Strong understanding of fit-out materials (joinery, glazing, metalwork) and construction methodologies.</li><li>Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management/scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera).</li><li>Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.</li></ul>Please share your cv: +971 52 637 5955Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Project Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day operations on-site. You will ensure that all fit-out and interior works are executed according to approved shop drawings, project schedules, and the highest quality standards.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Site Supervision: Manage day-to-day on-site operations, including joinery, gypsum, painting, flooring, and glass works.</li><li>Quality Control: Enforce quality standards, conduct thorough inspections, and ensure proper snagging and rectification before handover.</li><li>Drawing Interpretation: Review and interpret architectural, structural, and interior finishing drawings to ensure execution matches specifications.</li><li>Resource Management: Supervise and coordinate with subcontractors, carpenters, and laborers on-site.</li><li>Material Coordination: Verify site dimensions, track material deliveries, and manage stock to avoid project delays.</li><li>Safety &amp; Compliance: Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols across the construction site.</li><li>Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for the Project Manager. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.</li><li>Experience: 1 to 6 years of proven UAE experience in supervising interior fit-out and joinery projects.</li><li>Skills: Strong knowledge of joinery details, fit-out materials, and site installation processes.</li><li>Licenses: Valid UAE Driving License is highly preferred.</li><li>Soft Skills: Ability to resolve technical issues on-site quickly and independently.</li></ul>Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
