JOB DESCRIPTION:

Project Execution: Manage and supervise daily site activities to ensure all work aligns with approved shop drawings, project specifications, and highest quality standards.

  • Technical Coordination: Review and interpret architectural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), and structural drawings. Resolve technical discrepancies in the field.
  • Planning & Scheduling: Develop and monitor detailed project schedules (using MS Project or Primavera P6), tracking progress to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Subcontractor Management: Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel, ensuring maximum productivity and efficient resource use.
  • Quality & Safety (QA/QC & HSE): Implement and monitor quality control measures, ensuring stringent compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
  • Client & Authority Relations: Assist in securing work permits, liaising with relevant regulatory authorities, and supporting project handover and snagging processes.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, material requests, and technical close-out documentation.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Experience: Typically 2–5 years of specific UAE/regional experience in interior fit-out or civil contracting.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of fit-out materials (joinery, glazing, metalwork) and construction methodologies.
  • Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management/scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
