We are looking for an experienced Estimation Engineer specializing in Civil and Fitout projects to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cost estimation, project tendering, and budget management for construction and interior fitout projects.

Position Overview:

The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for civil and fitout projects, ensuring accuracy, and managing project budgets. The role requires close collaboration with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure all estimates align with client expectations and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil and fitout projects by analyzing drawings, specifications, and requirements.
• Evaluate and price materials, labor, equipment, and subcontracts for competitive tenders and bids.
• Work closely with project teams to understand project scope and timelines.
• Assist in preparing tender submissions, including technical and commercial proposals.
• Review and update cost estimates to ensure they reflect the latest market rates and project demands.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
• Track project costs and ensure adherence to the estimated budgets.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in cost estimation for civil and fitout projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and market pricing.
• Proficiency in estimation software such as AutoCAD, MS Excel, and specialized cost estimation tools.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects.
