About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Estimation Engineer with experience in construction and fitout projects to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to prepare accurate cost estimates to support successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects based on drawings, specifications, and site visits.
• Conduct site inspections to gather project requirements and relevant details.
• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications thoroughly.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), technical submissions, and cost comparisons.
• Support the project team with estimation-related documentation and tasks.
• Perform all other related duties as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field).
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in estimation works for construction and fitout projects.
• Strong knowledge of estimation procedures, cost analysis, and BOQ preparation.
• Ability to conduct site visits, collect project requirements, and prepare precise estimates.
• Proficiency in estimation-related software.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to liaise effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• UAE Driving License is an advantage.
