Estimation Engineer (Electrical)

Key Responsibilities:

• Review tender documents, drawings & specifications

• Prepare quantity take-offs & cost estimates

• Request & evaluate quotations from suppliers/subcontractors

• Prepare pricing sheets & tender submissions

• Coordinate with project, engineering & procurement teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering

• 5+ years experience in MEP/construction estimation

• Knowledge of BOQ preparation, rate analysis, material take-off, and cost control

• Familiar with UAE market ratesSoftware Skills: AutoCAD, Advanced MS Excel, Primavera/MS Project (advantage), ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Wrench)

Key Skills: Analytical, detail-oriented, strong communication, able to work under pressure
