Estimation Engineer – Fit Out

We are a leading fit-out company specializing in interior design, turnkey solutions, and project execution. We are seeking a highly skilled Estimation Engineer to join our dynamic team and support our growing portfolio of commercial, retail, and residential fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for interior fit-out projects.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and requirements.
• Prepare BOQs, material take-offs, and cost breakdowns.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations.
• Support the project team with cost-related information during execution.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in fit-out estimation projects.
• Strong knowledge of market rates, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Candidates with Spouse Visa preferred.
