Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Estimator based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Construction Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects, including quantity take-offs and cost management. The responsibilities include reviewing project plans and specifications, coordinating with project teams, and communicating with contractors and clients. The Construction Estimator will also manage budgets and ensure that estimates are completed on time and within scope.

Qualifications

Proficient in Construction Estimating and Quantity Take-offs

Experience in Cost Management and Budgeting

Strong Communication skills

Analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field

Familiarity with industry-standard estimating software is a plus

Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
