Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Estimation Manager to lead the cost estimation department for Aluminum and Façade projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost proposals, managing tender submissions, and providing commercial insights to support sales and project execution teams. This role is critical to ensuring the profitability and competitiveness of our bids in a fast-paced, design-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:1. Estimation & Tendering

• Lead the preparation of accurate cost estimates for façade and aluminum systems including curtain walls, cladding, windows, and doors.
• Review and analyze project drawings, specifications, and BOQs to determine material, labor, and equipment requirements.
• Prepare comprehensive and compliant tender submissions within stipulated timelines.

2. Cost Analysis & Risk Assessment

• Conduct detailed cost analyses including direct, indirect, and overhead costs.
• Identify risks, discrepancies, and opportunities for value engineering.
• Recommend cost-saving and design optimization strategies during the tender stage.

3. Vendor & Supplier Coordination

• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive technical and commercial quotations.
• Maintain an updated database of material prices, labor rates, and historical project costs.
• Evaluate and compare offers to ensure the best value for the company.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with design, technical, and procurement teams to ensure estimates reflect the most practical and efficient solutions.
• Work closely with sales and business development teams to support pricing and bidding strategies.
• Participate in post-tender clarifications, negotiations, and contract reviews.

5. Team Management & Process Improvement

• Lead and mentor a team of estimators and quantity surveyors.
• Standardize estimation templates, processes, and cost control systems for improved efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and project requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in estimation for Aluminum & Façade projects, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of curtain walls, structural glazing, cladding, and aluminum system design.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software such as CCS, Candy, PlanSwift, or equivalent.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
