Estimation & Sales Support Engineer – Lighting

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed lighting quotations and technical submittals based on project specifications and client requirements.
• Analyze tender documents, drawings, and BOQs to develop accurate cost estimates.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical support during pre-sales and post-sales phases.
• Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain pricing, product data, and lead times.
• Assist in value engineering proposals to optimize cost and performance.
• Maintain and update estimation tools, databases, and product libraries.
• Support project handover documentation and coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide technical clarifications when needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Lighting Design, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in estimation and sales support within the lighting or electrical industry.
• Strong understanding of lighting products, controls, and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
